(1) Describe communication techniques of agile development teams and
(2) Determine the effects of communication methods, experience, and language on software quality

There's a lot of rhetoric flying around out there, but not a lot of hard data, making it very difficult for organizations to make fact-based decisions as to the most efficient and effective way to facilitate communications throughout agile projects.
