COHAA/IIBA Feb LIG- Your Project’s Legacy
People in the Application Development world tend to forget what every CIO knows; It costs more to maintain an application than build it. At some point your project will end (by definition a project must have an end), and the maintenance team will take over. In an Agile world where working software is valued more than comprehensive documentation, how does a BA make sure to leave the maintenance team enough information to maintain and enhance the application they just built?

Cost: (Free) Including Breakfast
Location: Cardinal Solutions, 401 N. Front St Ste 210, Columbus, Ohio 43215

For one reason or another, any company with multiple Agile teams will at some point want to compare those teams to see which teams are being more productive.
